What is the standard shipping time for orders?

Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Due to PACT Act regulations, shipping for vaporizers can take 5-10 business days depending on your location and requires an adult signature upon delivery.

Does my Puffco device come with a warranty?

Yes, all electronic bases are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Please note that glass, atomizers, and accessories are not covered under this warranty.

What is your return policy for used products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used products or opened accessories. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

How do I clean and maintain my device?

To ensure longevity, we recommend cleaning your chamber with 99% ISO alcohol after every use. Deep clean the glass and connection points weekly to prevent residue buildup.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Due to industry regulations, we currently do not support PayPal or cryptocurrency payments.

How can I verify if my product is authentic?

You can verify your device by registering the unique serial number found on the bottom of the base through our official website or the Puffco Connect app.
