Puffco offers a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products purchased directly from our website. Due to the personal nature of our electronic vaporizers, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or had their original safety seals broken.

Return Process

  Ensure your device is in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team through the official Help Center to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your item securely in a shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee if applicable.
